Booking & Cancellation Policy
 
Please take some time to read the important information below regarding the booking, deposit, refund and cancellation policy.  This policy applies to all bookings and is as follows: -
  1. Green fees, dormy accommodation and catering. 50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
  2. Numbers confirmed 30 days before day of visit.
  3. Remaining balance paid on day of visit.
  4. Non-payment of deposit by the due date will result in the booking being cancelled.
  5. Party leaders are liable for the total number of players confirmed.
  6. Refunds only given when course is closed.
