Pace of play

Slow play is unacceptable and visitors are encouraged to play at a brisk pace. Visitors are asked to be aware of other players and to let all faster groups through without delay.

 

Dress Code

The dress code is smart casual

 

On the course:

  • Gentlemen must not wear collarless shirts, vests, jeans or combat trousers.
  • Shirts must be tucked in at all times.
  • Golf branded shirts with a mock collar are acceptable.
  • Tailored shorts may be worn with knee length socks or white calf length socks.

 

In the clubhouse:

  • Monday through Saturday: Lunch may be taken in smart casual dress.
  • Sunday luncheon and evening dinners: Gentlemen will require a jacket and tie. Roll neck sweaters and jeans or similar are not acceptable.
  • Ladies may wear tailored trousers
  • Jeans or similar are not acceptable.

 

To save any embarrassment, Members and Visitors are asked to adhere to the standards of dress.

 

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones may only be used in the car park or in adverse weather in the clubhouse foyer.

 

Handicap Certificates

It is imperative that visitors present a handicap certificate to the professional shop whilst they are signing in prior to their round. The handicap limit for men is 20 and for women the limit is 30.
